How do I change an Employee's payrate?

Employee pay rates are set on their Edit Employee page.

If you do not see Employee payrate on the Edit Employee page it may be that the main Manager on your account has not set up your permissions to view or edit payrates.  You can ask the account main Manager to update your permissions if appropriate to allow you to edit Employees and their payrates.

Each Employee can have one payrate.
