How do I set the categories to automatically fill in every week?


When you change the shifts to specific categories in one week, you can then navigate to a new week and use our "Import" feature to copy the shifts from that week to the new week and the shift category information will be copied as well.

So if you have created your schedule for week of Sept 10th,  then you can navigate to the week of Sept 17th and use the Import button to copy in the shifts from previous week of Sept 10th and all those shifts (and their categories) will be copied into new week.

You can also change the category of any existing shifts by using our Multi-Shift Edit Schedule View which shows the shifts for a day or week at a time and you can use the drop down menu to change the category of each shift then click "Save Changes" to have all shift changes saved.
