How do I remove or replace the Main Manager?
How do I become Main Manager?

 
We can change the main Manager on an account - but for security reasons we will need confirmation of the request from one of the following people: 
  • the current main Manager
  • the person who paid for the subscription
  • or the verifiable owner/director of your organization

So have one of the above people email us at billing@when2work.com, and have them include the account number as well as the person who should be changed to main Manager on the account and we can make the change right away.

Note we do not add additional Managers to accounts, but the Main Manager can add, edit or delete the additional Manager logins on your account as needed.
