How many Managers can be logged on and working on their Employees?

You can have an unlimited number of Managers and they can all be logged in at the same time using their own ID/password.

An ID/Password should NEVER be shared. Always add each user as a new Manager or Employee so that you can track who made changes and also so that no errors are caused by two people logging into the same users account making changes at the same time.

In the top menu hover over SETTINGS and choose Add/Edit Managers and enter the additional Managers and click edit to set their login permissions (like can they approve time off, edit Employees etc).

Each additional Manager will have their own Manager ID and Password (in addition to their Employee ID if they are also an Employee), and there is no limit to how many Managers you can add.
