How can I clear the Work Time Preferences for an Employee?

If you want to clear the DATE SPECIFIC preferences entered for a an Employee you can do the following:

On the Employee List page

  • Click the magnifying glass next to the Employee name (1.)
  • Click to the Schedules - Preferences tab (2.)
  • Click the Set DATE SPECIFIC Preferences button in the lower left (3.)
    or click a specific day/date in the preference grid (3.a)
  • Click the white Clear Preferences button (4.)
  • Click the dates you want to clear and the cell will show as white (5.)
  • Click the Save Changes button (6.)

If you want to clear the REPEATING WEEKLY preferences entered for a an Employee you can do the following:

On the Employee List page

  • Click the magnifying glass next to the Employee name (1.)
  • Click to the Schedules - Preferences tab (2.)
  • Click the Set REPEATING WEEKLY Preferences button in the lower right (3.)
  • Click the white Clear Preferences button (4.)
  • Click the day labels (ex. Tuesday) you want to clear and the whole row will show as white (5.)
  • Click the Save Changes button (6.)
