Calendar Weekly Schedule View 
 
The Calendar Daily view displays one week listed by shift time. You can't group the Shifts by Position (default setting) or by Category.

To access the Calendar Weekly View: 
From any page: 
  • In the top menu hover over Schedules and Calendar and choose Weekly View
  • OR from any Schedule view choose Calendar in the Schedule View dropdown menu and then click a WEEKLY tab
  • To make changes to Shifts click on any shift to open the Shift Change window
  • All schedule views can be filtered to only include one positions, category or location
  •  

    Change Layout options - Note that the account main manager settings in this view's "Change Layout" window will also set how "Everyone's Schedule" is displayed for Employees. These options include:  

    You can use the first "Change Layout" option to group shifts by Category (instead of by Position): This is an example that has categories set up.
