WhenToWork does not have a setting to specify an Employee's minimum number of hours per
week.
If you try AutoFill and find that your employees are not getting the
minimum shifts or hours you require you can AutoFill by Priority Group instead. This assigns
your employees in group one first, giving them their max hours per week and then
fills in with each group up to ten.
